Job Summary

Canlan Sports is a leading provider of recreational sports complexes in North America. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain the health and safety of customers by adhering to strict protocols and physical barriers.
  • Uphold health and safety legislative requirements and reduce health and safety risks.
  • Provide information to customers about products and services offered at the sports complex.
  • Field calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Accountabilities
  1. Minimize health and safety risks.
  2. Ensure individual customer feedback and satisfaction.
  3. Provide information on programs and registration.
  4. Register and sell as required.
Requirements
  • At least one year of office and customer service experience.
  • Experience handling credit card payments.
  • Comfortable working with new systems and technology.
  • Able to work well under pressure and pay particular attention to deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, notably in Microsoft Word and Excel.
