Make a Difference in Mental Health Care

Homewood Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Administrator to join our team at Ravensview, a leading mental health and addiction treatment center in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate client schedules and program requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication across teams
  • Support clients in understanding their programming schedules
  • Maintain patient care systems with updated client information
  • Distribute client medical records and disseminate information to clinical staff
  • Develop and distribute orientation packages for new clients
  • Compile program materials for the Interdisciplinary Team
  • Ensure adequate staffing for programming and make adjustments as needed
  • Process discharges and update client aftercare information
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Director and Interdisciplinary Team
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Health Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Previous experience and/or training as an Administrative Professional
  • 1-2 years recent related experience in an administrative/healthcare role
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
