About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Sussex Insurance Agency (Crest Plaza) Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
