What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, or management).
  • Three to five years' experience in a brokerage or service role, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) certification an asset.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory and legal aspects of the industry.
  • Strong aptitude to influence and lead by example.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
