About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Sales Support Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide technical support to both internal and external customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their electrical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical product support to customers, including product specifications and application guidance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, resulting in increased company sales.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of product presentations to internal and external customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, including product brochures and sales sheets.
Requirements
  • Technical degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in the electrical sector, preferably with a focus on wire and cable products.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to analyze complex data.
  • Knowledge of CSA Codes and Standards.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong track record of sales success.
