About the Job

This is a key position in our kitchen, requiring strong leadership skills and attention to detail. As a Lead Line Cook, you will oversee the preparation of food, manage inventory, and supervise kitchen staff.

Responsibilities
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to menu requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English fluency required.
Salary and Benefits
