MAGLICIOUS seeks an experienced Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations and lead a team of cooks in preparing high-quality meals.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of cooks in preparing complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting and inventory control
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with menu planning, inventory control, and kitchen operations
- A competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a diverse team of staff. This role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.
