Job Description:

beBee Professionals is seeking a Commercial Legal Advisor to provide legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to the organization on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and intellectual property protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and support on commercial matters
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Representing the organization in court proceedings

Requirements:

  • Law degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property law
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
