Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Active Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Monitor quality and production levels
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a permanent, on-the-road position with a variable schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
