About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Active Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Team Members: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of security team members, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and are working efficiently.
  • Monitor Quality and Production Levels: Monitor the quality and production levels of our security services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, including incident reports and performance metrics.
  • Train and Develop Security Team Members: Provide training and development opportunities for security team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures for security team members, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and are working efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments, such as facilities and operations, to ensure that security services are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 7 Months to Less than 1 Year of Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role is required.
  • Work Setting: The work setting for this role will be various locations.
  • Work Language: The work language for this role is English.
  • Hours: The hours for this role will be 30 to 40 hours per week.
