About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Active Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor quality and production levels to maintain high standards
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road position that requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability. You will be working with a diverse range of clients and properties, and must be able to communicate effectively in English.

The work schedule is 30-40 hours per week, and you must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
