Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Active Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our clients' properties, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our clients.
- Train and develop security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school graduation certificate.
- On the road job.
- Permanent employment.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
