We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to our customers on our Dealer Management System (DMS) software, specifically in the Parts module.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers on our DMS software, focusing on the Parts module.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with our sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and training for new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and enhancements, and communicate changes to customers as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of new training materials and resources to support customer success.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on Parts or Fixed Ops.
  • Proven experience in training and development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of our DMS software and its applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month, with occasional overnight stays.
