Job Title: Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) training team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our industry-leading software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our PBS DMS software and its various modules.
  • Provide virtual and on-site training to new and existing customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our software.
  • Assist customers with data entry and other key tasks, ensuring seamless integration with our software.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features, providing training and support to customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS is preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective time management & organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
