Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at 1316619 B.C. Ltd. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food and beverage service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
