Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team at 1316619 B.C. Ltd. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Menu Description: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Teamwork: Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
