Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at 1316619 B.C. Ltd. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food and beverage service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a busy kitchen environment.
