We are a leading healthcare provider in Canada, committed to delivering high-quality care to our clients and families. As a Contract HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our corporate team in Toronto.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Manage new hire paperwork, including monitoring status and confirming collection and processing for onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are understood and met within time-to-hire guidelines
  • Participate in recruitment events, both virtual and in-person
  • Monitor and update candidate status through our ATS system and processes
  • Input and maintain accurate employee data in Excel or HRIS, including personal employee information, compensation, job, termination, and performance review status
  • Liaise with Finance and IT on employee changes, new hires, and terminations
  • Support the implementation of corporate HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Human Resources Management
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • CHRP in progress or completed is an asset
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking systems (ATS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
