Member Solutions Specialist

Northern Credit Union Limited is seeking a part-time Member Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for members accessing our services and products through phone and digital channels.
  • Market and promote our products and services within clearly defined policies and procedures.
  • Teach, support, and direct members to use self-service delivery channels to enhance their overall experience.
  • Provide seamless and high-quality service to members at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and equivalent banking or sales experience.
  • Knowledge of basic Credit Union products, services, and systems an asset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Drive to work toward a standard of excellence and reach goals as a self-starter and in support of the team.
