Job Title: Director, Real Estate

Canada Lands Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Real Estate to lead our real estate development and sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our real estate business, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, and managing a team of professionals to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, including developers, builders, and contractors.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure our business remains competitive.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate development and sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business, finance, marketing, or real estate.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
