Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing office support tasks, including creating marketing materials, ordering supplies, and assisting with events.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a range of diverse tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Ensure exceptional representation of the team through every interaction.
- Provide office support tasks, including:
- Creating feature sheets, feature tags, and other marketing materials using existing templates.
- Ordering office and cleaning supplies.
- Light office cleaning to ensure cleanliness.
- Putting together buyer and seller packages.
- Ordering and putting together buyer possession gifts for clients.
- Assisting with events held for our team and clients.
- Possess a reliable car and a clean driving record, with confidence in driving under various weather conditions.
- Excellent sense of direction and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients and team members.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Detail-oriented and efficient.
- Experience using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Canva is a plus.
- Proactive in seeking ways to improve efficiency.
- Solution-focused with a positive mindset.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to act with urgency and frequency.
- Uphold integrity and respect for others.

This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on workload. Significant driving within Calgary and the surrounding area is required, and you must own your own vehicle and have full access to it each day.
