We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and proactive part-time Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing support to our agents and clients throughout the real estate process.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional organizational abilities, a positive demeanor, and strong navigation skills within the Calgary area. A valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle are necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Office Coordinator, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting significant driving throughout the city to various properties.
  • Managing a variety of tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Ensuring outstanding representation of the team in every interaction.
  • Providing essential office support, including but not limited to:
    • Creating marketing materials such as feature sheets and tags using existing templates.
    • Ordering office and cleaning supplies.
    • Performing light office cleaning to maintain a tidy workspace.
    • Assembling buyer and seller packages.
    • Organizing and preparing client gifts for possession.
    • Assisting with team and client events, including preparation and execution.

Required Attributes & Skills:
The successful candidate must possess:

  • A reliable vehicle and a clean driving record, with confidence in driving under various weather conditions.
  • Excellent directional skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Capability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Detail-oriented approach and efficiency in task completion.
  • Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Canva is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset focused on improving efficiency.
  • A solution-oriented attitude with a positive outlook.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • The ability to act with urgency and frequency.
  • Integrity and respect for others.
  • A passion for contributing to the success of Chamberlain Real Estate Group and the community.

Work Hours:
This part-time position requires a minimum of 25 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on workload.

Travel Requirements:
While travel outside of Canada or Alberta is not necessary, significant driving within Calgary and surrounding areas is expected. Therefore, ownership of a vehicle and daily access to it is required.

Immediate Availability:
This position is to be filled without delay.
