Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at HEALTHCARE PHARMACY. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy by managing inventory, scheduling, and workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain inventory of medications and prescription records
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Bill third-party insurers
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Assist healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Standing for extended periods
Work Environment

Our pharmacy is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have excellent attention to detail.
