About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our Wealth Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our Wealth Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client administration, including processing transactions and resolving issues in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Support Wealth Advisors in regular portfolio reviews, identifying client needs, and providing exceptional client service.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for Wealth Advisors, ensuring seamless communication and team efficiency.
  • Prepare client meeting materials, including holdings detail reports, meeting agendas, and professional checklists.
  • Provide marketing assistance by coordinating materials, events, and seminars to grow assets and revenue.
  • Support business growth by managing tracking reports for Wealth Advisors to review targets, recommendations, and financial plans.
Requirements
  • Experience in the securities industry or a fast-paced professional setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional client service skills and a willingness to complete Investment Representative (IR) training.
