CB Canada is seeking a motivated Insurance Administration Coordinator to join their team in Thornhill. This hybrid role involves setting up meetings and agendas, assisting with management agent licensing, and processing invoices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate meetings and agendas
    • Support management agent licensing
    • Process invoices
    • Coordinate cross-department communications
    • Manage service requests
  • Requirements:
    • Professional and pleasant demeanor
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
    • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Well-organized

What We Offer:

  • $20-$23 per hour
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm/ (am to 5pm
