Customer Service Manager

At Leanessa Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Centre Manager to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact centre, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and direct a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Plan and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Represent the company in various economic and social organizations to promote our brand and services.
- Lead and instruct groups of employees to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- 1-2 years of experience in a contact centre or customer service management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
