Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Accounts Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, including customer service and account management
- Recruit and hire staff to join the team
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- 3-4 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload
- May require overtime to meet business needs
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Efficient and organized
- Team player with excellent initiative
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
- Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week
- Language of work: English
