Job Title: Customer Accounts Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Accounts Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including customer service and account management
  • Recruit and hire staff to join the team
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload
  • May require overtime to meet business needs
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
