Contact Centre Manager Job Description

At Leanessa Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Centre Manager to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact centre, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and direct a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Manage and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Represent the company in various economic and social organizations to promote our brand and services.
  • Lead and instruct groups of employees to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a contact centre or customer service management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
