Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all dealership operations, including Service, Parts, and Administration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Dealership leadership role or equivalent experience in Parts Sales and/or Service Sales is an asset.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding lean management principles or training is an asset.
  • Proven record of hiring, training, and retaining team members.
  • Desire to execute Best in Class business results.
  • Ability to create and implement change management strategies.
  • Strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the relevant markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and communicate with others at all levels.
  • Proactive problem solver and task-oriented.
