Restaurant Manager Job Description

Sakura Sushi is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and improve staff performance to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Daily Operations Planning: Develop and implement effective plans to manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain negotiations.
  • Staff Recruitment and Development: Identify, recruit, and train high-caliber staff to meet business needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to inform business decisions.
Work Environment and Requirements

Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
