We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Funds Inside Sales Associate to join our Sales Team at Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. This role requires a strong background in the investment/mutual fund industry, with a proven track record of success in inside sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct proactive call and sales campaigns to promote Caldwell's investment products to investment advisors, primarily within the CIRO channel.
- Source, evaluate, and connect with investment advisors using cold call techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Caldwell's products and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering existing and potential advisor/client questions and sending additional information as required.
- Assist in the development of literature for promoting products.
- Collaborate with the Sales teams to organize campaigns and events for investment advisors.
- Update call/meeting activities and maintain accurate advisor records within our Client Relationship Management system on a timely basis.
- 45 years of related financial services inside sales experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Commerce.
- Strong track record of academic achievement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and sales skills.
- Positive and flexible attitude.
- Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
