Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Supervisor to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our telecommunications team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new team members, as well as provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies, and investigate any incidents or near-misses.
  • Personnel Actions: Recommend personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions.
  • Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
