The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing telecommunications equipment, inspecting operations, and installing, arranging, and maintaining telephone equipment and wiring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment.
  • Inspect operation of telecommunications equipment.
  • Install, arrange, remove and maintain telephone equipment, wiring and associated hardware.
  • Repair or replace defective telephone equipment.
  • Determine nature, cause and location of trouble.
  • Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week work schedule.
