Position Overview

As a Telecommunications Equipment Technician at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our telecommunications systems.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and identify faults in telecommunications equipment, making necessary adjustments, replacements, or repairs.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure optimal operation of telecommunications systems.
  • Install, organize, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and related hardware.
  • Repair or substitute defective telephone equipment as needed.
  • Assess the nature, cause, and location of issues affecting service.
  • Utilize computerized testing systems to perform service tests on customer lines and equipment.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment duration: Permanent.
  • Working language: English.
  • Standard working hours: 40 hours per week.
