About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Supervisor to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. as a key member of our operations management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit production and other reports to management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines, ensuring seamless integration with other work units.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, as well as arrange for ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Personnel Actions: Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, as needed.
  • Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and effective use.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules, coordinating work activities with other work units to achieve optimal results.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
