Nest Investments is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for major repairs and maintenance
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a facilities maintenance role
  • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
