Facility Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a skilled Facility Service Worker to join our team in Regina. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to our government buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide daily cleaning and minor maintenance services to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Clear sidewalks, roadways, and parking lots of ice and snow during winter months.
- Respond to client requests and perform assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
- Ability to perform minor building repairs and maintenance.
- Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair problems to restore operation.
- Valid driver's license.
- 5th Class Power Engineering ticket considered an asset.
