About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs, enabling data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and event coordination.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and manage costs associated with products and services, optimizing profitability without compromising quality.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, providing exceptional service that fosters loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Event Management: Organize and execute events, demonstrating expertise in logistics, timelines, and detail-oriented execution.
Requirements
  • A college degree, CEGEP diploma, or equivalent non-university certificate/diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
