Operational Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Management Professional to join our team at Shark Club. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities- Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs, enabling data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and event coordination.
- Cost Control: Analyze and manage costs associated with products and services, optimizing profitability without compromising quality.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, providing exceptional service that fosters loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
- Event Management: Organize and execute events, demonstrating expertise in logistics, timelines, and detail-oriented execution.
- A college degree, CEGEP diploma, or equivalent non-university certificate/diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
