Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a casual part-time employee. As a LPN, you will provide on-site workplace services to our corporate clients, including flu clinics, biometric health screenings, and other health-related services.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete online training sessions to ensure you are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform your duties.
  • Prepare and pack event supplies and documents, and set up the event area at our client's facility.
  • Screen participants using our event documents and supplies, and obtain measurements while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage adverse events, such as positive screening results, and provide basic health education and coaching to each participant.
  • Ensure all event documents are properly completed and submitted.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current registration with the College.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • A valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Previous community or workplace health service experience is an asset.
  • Experience with Occupational Health is an asset.
