Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at EHN Canada. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to individuals with mental health and addiction-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide treatment management, guidance, and prescribe medications in accordance with statutory and regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care.
  • Administer medications, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Provide supportive counseling to clients, families, and significant others on recovery issues.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and provide information on addiction services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nurses with pharmacological training.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse registered in the Province of Saskatchewan.
  • Current basic CPR certification.
  • Recent clinical experience, including medication administration and leadership duties.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
