Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Talent Partner to join our Store Support Centre (SSC) team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with business leaders to drive talent initiatives that support our global functions. Your expertise in P&C generalist support, change management, and organizational design will be instrumental in shaping our organization's blueprint and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop collaborative talent plans that drive the talent agenda and have a downstream impact within the organization.
- Provide credible business-oriented solution provider and trusted partner support across the SSC.
- Lead key people initiatives in partnership with the business, supporting longer-term goals and driving business results.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Business Partner, and Organizational Planning team to build the organizational blueprint, driving the Function's talent strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to determine resourcing needs and develop necessary information to support the Open to Hire process.
- Advise leaders on potential organization design opportunities and impacts associated with organizational changes.
- Lead all aspects of change management associated with organizational changes, partnering with stakeholders across the business.
- Leverage deep business understanding and strong analytical skills to diagnose root causes, provide insights, and develop proactive solutions to solve pressing business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in P&C Business Partner/generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, with the ability to apply it to a wide range of situations.
- Business acumen, understanding business drivers and creating opportunities to connect with business directly to learn about its needs and perspectives.
- Data analysis skills, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to enable informed decision making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in PowerPoint, summarizing key information and presenting relevant data to facilitate discussions and decision making.
