Global HRIS Manager

GHD is seeking a highly skilled Global HRIS Manager to join our Global People Operations team. This role can be based in most GHD office locations in the US or Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement that supports a balance between remote working and face-to-face collaboration in the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Project manage the implementation and updates of HRIS systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and customization to enhance functionality.
- Consult with project sponsors to develop project charters, work breakdown structures, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with IS and Finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Act as the interface between business users and external system support teams.
- Collaborate with vendors to address technical issues and implement updates.
- Establish and maintain data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Leverage data analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Implement robust security measures to safeguard HRIS data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a HRIS Leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR systems architecture and Oracle.
- Ability to solve technical configuration and data integration problems.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
The salary range for this position is $118,000 to $176,000 depending on location and experience. GHD is an equal opportunity employer and encourages individual achievement and recognizes the strength of a diverse workforce.
