Global HRIS Manager

GHD is seeking a highly skilled Global HRIS Manager to join our Global People Operations team. This is a key leadership role that will drive the implementation and management of our HR information systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of HRIS strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
- Project manage the implementation of new HR systems and modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements, develop project charters, and manage project schedules and milestones.
- Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
- Provide technical guidance and support to business users, ensuring effective use of HRIS systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a HRIS leadership role, with a strong understanding of HR systems architecture and Oracle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
GHD offers a competitive salary range of $118,000 to $176,000, depending on location and experience. We also offer a hybrid work arrangement, flexible work hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.
