Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global HRIS Manager to join our Global People Operations team. This is a key leadership role that will require strategic thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Develop and execute project plans to deliver business requirements, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Act as the interface between business users and external system support teams, providing guidance on system updates and their impact on business processes.
- Partner with vendors to address technical issues, implement updates, and optimize system functionality.
- Establish and maintain data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement data analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making within the HR function.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making proactive recommendations for systems enhancements and upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field with proven experience in a HRIS leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR systems architecture and advanced knowledge of Oracle and HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven ability to solve technical configuration and data integration problems, as well as communicate and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
What We Offer
GHD offers a competitive salary range of $118,000 to $176,000 depending on location and experience. We also offer a hybrid work arrangement that supports work-life balance and flexibility.
