  • Leadership

    • Participate in all Leadership Meetings, Events, and Community engagements as required by the company.
    • Recruit and retain top talent for all employment positions.
    • Offer direction and mentorship to new and experienced Sales team members.
  • Sales
    • Engage in selling activities to prospective clients, driving revenue into the branch.
    • Participate in setting branch sales targets.
    • Build and retain a strong Book of Business.
    • Focus on business development through relationship-building.
    • Utilize the company's sales process to differentiate ourselves from other agencies.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our resources and services, promoting cross-selling opportunities.
  • Carrier Relationships
    • Maintain and grow all carrier relationships at all levels.
    • Solve marketing issues.
    • Participate in all carrier reviews and meetings.
    • Develop annual growth strategies with carriers.
Requirements
  • Licensed Level 2 Insurance Agent and professional insurance designation.
  • 10+ years' experience with demonstrated success leading sales in an insurance environment.
  • 5+ years' experience with commercial insurance is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude; self-motivation and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to create and nurture relationships with clients and team members.
