Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our branch and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our team, building relationships with clients and carriers, and ensuring the successful execution of our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business growth and retention goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee budgets and staff to ensure efficient operations and effective use of resources.
- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations to improve profitability.
- Identify and solve problems, and implement solutions to improve business processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, motivation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude, self-motivation, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Desire to create and nurture relationships with clients and team members.
