Branch Director

About the Role
As a key member of the ICONIX team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan. This includes evaluating and making necessary changes to current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, prioritizing work to successfully meet timelines, and managing continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
- Evaluate and make necessary changes to current practices and procedures to improve daily operations
- Prioritize work to successfully meet timelines and manage continuous improvement
- Track financial and operational progress of the branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
- Develop and manage the branch budget, including capital expenditures, and forecast budget expectations monthly
- Facilitate employee safety training
- Monitor inventory levels and purchasing, and manage the inventory budget, including reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of related work experience, including 3 years of management experience
- Must hold a valid driver's license
