Business Development Assistant

About the Role:
The Sales Coordinator position is a key support role that provides administrative assistance to our Sales and Business Development teams. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Business Development teams, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of project estimates, quotations, and proposals.
- Coordinate logistics for project set-up and site mobilization, including arranging for equipment and materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a sales or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
