Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team in Dauphin, Manitoba. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to understand our clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their financial goals.
You will work closely with our clients to identify opportunities for advice, solutions, digital enablement, and partner introductions. You will also contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice, introduce clients to RBC partners, or personally fulfill client solutions.
In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Required Skills and Qualifications- Goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first.
- Drive and self-motivation, as well as excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
- Personal flexibility to work flexible hours.
- Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.
- Confidence and ability to learn financial concepts and willingness to obtain the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
