Nurse Care Specialist

Job Overview
Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients/residents/clients in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have active CLPNM licensure or eligibility and current BCLS training. They will also possess 1 year equivalent acute care experience as a LPN within 3 years and demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care that meets the needs of diverse populations and teams.
- Maintain relevant competencies for the position as offered by PMH.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Active CLPNM licensure or eligibility

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $73,000-$83,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and average salaries in similar positions.
